First Signs Of Aging Cube




And 'from this morning around the house like a top! Why, you ask? Ok, make yourself comfortable and I'll tell you. Last Sunday, hubby and I decide to do a tour of the city. You know one of those Sundays when no one knows what to do, but you go around anyway? Here, it was a Sunday .... so we go to a shopping center, and looking at each department will be delighted by a wall system. Così ieri ho spostato il divano, messo in un'altra posizione, creato un modello di stanza che accolga il nuovo mobile. Ho atteso che rientrasse mio marito, atteso il suo parere...e vaaaiiiii, piace anche a lui!!! Oggi ho iniziato a svuotare i mobiletti che c'erano, e che contengono tutte le mie caccavelle per i manicaretti (ahi ahi...ma quante ne ho?!?) in attesa che sabato arrivi la tanto agognata....dovremo spostare anche tutti i quadri (coloratissimi anche quelli, ovviamente!!!), but I prefer this rather than builders and plumbers!! : D But we

Needed:
250 g. of button mushrooms (although you can use other fungi, those that prefer)

4 medium potatoes 1 / 2 liter of vegetable broth

oregano olive oil salt


Clean mushrooms and slice, peel the potatoes and cut cubes. In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of oil and ask yourself the potatoes, making them brown for a few minutes, stirring often to avoid attacking them. Pour a little 'stock and continue cooking for 5 minutes, add the mushrooms, salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Almost at the end of cooking add a generous sprinkling of oregano and serve hot.
