Oaxaca e la lotta che continua
The teachers are on strike from Thursday '
This tells me the kids to the gardens. Yesterday, the travel and
'was nice and heavy. Eight hours of curves between the mountains and sunny valleys. It's hot and is hard to move.
I looked at the titles of the news this morning.
15 dead in attacks in the north armati.Roba by narcos.
Two relatives of a person killed last year in Ciudad Juarez found in the desert, dead. All committed to the left and in politics. These are just some of
done more 'sensational. I forget some other killings.
The event last night was to commemorate the killing of a social activist and a friend of his. Her name was Betty.
Oaxaca 'a city' hard. On 15 February there were clashes for seven hours between representatives of the "master" (as they call them here) and elements of the police. There was the visit of Calderon and they blocked half the city '.
In 2005 this city for months' and one 'converted into a common, and' cost 26 dead and dozens wounded. A grassroots movement born from turned down 'the power and bare fists fights' against him.
Today there 'a new governor, but no one' is expressed.
wait-so 'tells me the lady sitting next to me in the garden.
riveine I think Fab, his last email and the tension that oozed. I think back to what he wrote. For the 13 comrades in jail for the block on the coast.
As the world becomes inflamed from other parts of this struggle has continued prominence in the media. I wonder why.
In reality 'the answer there'. Can you imagine a news nostrano forced to give an account of what 'that moves around here? Better to entertain us with Gaddafi and prepare for the next humanitarian war 'cause here Democracy is not discussed. You kill every day.

Frittelle di prosciutto
I apologize for the photo ... there was a close one that I could not even do this for as well! Argh, whenever a company is taking a few moments to photograph a plate avoiding assaults hungry! :-(
But these pancakes are really good, so patient, so I post the recipe!
Serves 6:
200 grams of chopped ham
150 grams of boiled potatoes and schiacciate
1 uovo
pangrattato

How Many Dry Days Before Period
320 g. daisies
200 g. 100 grams of sardines
basil leaves
20 g.
pine nuts 1 clove garlic 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1.5 dl. of extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons toasted breadcrumbs
salt and pepper
Clean the sardines by removing the head and backbone; ricavatene fillets, wash them and dry them with paper towels and cut them into pieces.
Wash the basil leaves, drain and pat dry gently. Mince the garlic and pine nuts, place them in a mortar, chop the basil leaves together with a pinch of salt and add the pine nuts and garlic. Mix with the cheese and stir the ingredients. Now, little by little, add the olive oil and pound until the sauce is smooth and uniform. (E 'fortissimo make pesto with a mortar, really nice!)
Take a pan and heat very little oil, add the breadcrumbs and stirring often to keep it burning. As soon as it becomes golden, remove from heat.
In a pan fry the pieces of sardines and season with salt and a little 'pepper.
Meanwhile, cook the daisies, drain and dress with the pesto, adding one or two tablespoons of cooking water. Add the pieces of sardines and sprinkled with plenty of toasted bread crumbs.

How To Disable Heaters
Let's start with some things, put in a disorderly way, which I have a long thread that binds them.
On January 22 in El Salvador and 'commemorated the 79th anniversary of the uprising and indigenous campoesina, severely repressed, cost' 32,000 dead in just a few days.
just in the city 'of Izalco's army' massacred more 'than 10,000 people.
The detonator of the insurgency: poverty and the worsening economic crisis. Following the repression communities' indigenous not only had to change his name but who was identified as the risk of death. The lands were concentrated
fazenderos in few hands, so 'El Salvador became one of those pro-American countries where one percent of the population controls 90% of wealth.
It took decades of political work and a guerrilla war lasting years to put an end to this affair.
in Guatemala in 1994 ended a decades-long war that cost 300,000 dead and one million refugees.
One of the areas where fighting is more 'has been one of the community' in San Juan Cotzal.
Today, those lands were granted by the government disattedendo ENEL, in this way, one of the peace agreements. the availability 'of resources and territory remains part of the community' who lived there.
At this time the company 'Italian does not show any interest in anything or negotiate' with the inhabitants of that area. So far the demonstrations are peaceful, in an area that still shows the scars of war, and with a people that has' bravely fought for years and which has historical memory for other forms of opposition.
Here in Chiapas, the conflict between government and communities' indigenous revolves around the same issues, the availability 'of resources and their use with, in this,' the clash between two different ways of understanding the 'civilization' .
one hand the intensive exploitation of the territories with the expulsion of residents, the other the defense of life styles and traditions that do not accord with the interests of multinational corporations.
We come now to what we read in Italian newspapers for what 'is happening in North Africa.
The desire for democracy, a society 'more' free etc.etc.
I have many doubts that it is "only" about it. Those who have moved are unemployed underclass, farmers and companies' "civilian who apparently have not hitherto enjoyed, however, that the distribution of wealth in that part of the world 'prerogative of a select few.
There' a army of producers and workers with stable employment conditions' cause they do not exist. There are people who arranges every day and sees before one's eyes what it means power have and what is not. The symbols of wealth in this material are obvious.

must have an edge ... I was born a second! :-) Last night I had no ideas for my dinner (yes, why is my and my husband's, as difficult to eat the same things!), But I knew I had the mushrooms in the refrigerator for several days. So decided to take my trusty recipe fungal and find an edge that I like a lot of mushrooms and dried tomatoes. Yuhummm that good, I think! And how to prepare the chicken breast side dish for this? But yes, rubella tuttooooo! : D
Ingredients for 4 servings: 1 kg
. 50 g. of mushrooms
of sun-dried tomatoes 4 chicken breasts cut into straccetti
prezzemolo
vino bianco
olio extravergine di oliva
sale

Le donne, in disparte, continuano to fan the flames of a stove.
begin to ask where I come from and asked me to do something for them to tell their story and why 'soln them'.
take some pictures and I promise to come back tomorrow morning. When you are greeted by these parties used an expression that I find beautiful "one for yourself, my friend"
On 14 December 2008, a man is found murdered in the jungle with a machete, and the discovery was a paramilitary of this crime triggers a series of reactions.
in the area for some time that this organization actually works on commission and who calls himself "the soldiers of God" and 'in conflict with the community' of people who support the Zapatista struggle and politics.
We are from parts of Ocosingo where in 1994 he fought 'hard between the Zapatista army and guerrilla forces.
accused of this murder are two brothers, Armando and Amilcar are called.
Their detention comes after that, under torture and without warranty of any kind of legal, a sign which says crta responsible for that crime. We
to December 16 and from that day are in jail without that we have reached a final ruling. What
Cesar told me he would need more than how I think the idea of making images that runs through my head as he speaks.
"100 armed men arrived one day in our village, broke down doors, destroyed everything there was, torurato and beaten men, made to assist these children to violence and then took my sister and another friend and they raped her.
Seven families have been beaten out of their homes, we gathered our things and then, 6 March 2009, and live as refugees with nothing.
My sister Eva Mendez Nunez had to pay 25,000 pesos in ransom for his family.
The comrades who are in jail are innocent, tortured them drowning in the water, with electricity and take a beating for hours. They confessed that they did not commit a crime.
The PM says that we came up with everything including the violence of the paramilitaries, and those facts with the process c'entrano nulla.
E piango.

Cotolette del tassista
Ragazzi, that weekend! They had forgotten to hand over our wall system, and in short we had to withdraw us, otherwise we would have to wait at least until the middle of this week! All Saturday my husband and my dad assembled the furniture, while yesterday we placed sopramobili, paintings, plates, glasses ... there is still a little bit, but the room really looks good! :-) Last night we were then to the movies, an evening all to ourselves after the hard work it took! : D
I had little time to cook, but these chops (although the photo does not do!) I have prepared for the flight, and is an excellent solution for a dinner sudden, and certainly very much like the boys!
Fate scaldare l'olio e il burro in una padella, facendo brown on both sides of the chops, served piping hot. PS
The name of this recipe is due to a taxi driver from Milan, that suggested an author of cookbooks!

Fate scaldare l'olio e il burro in una padella, facendo brown on both sides of the chops, served piping hot. PS
The name of this recipe is due to a taxi driver from Milan, that suggested an author of cookbooks!

Cioccolato white, pistachio nuts, and ...
Take someone like me. A non-greedy for excellence, one of the few people in the world (I realize this is so) that do not care about the chocolate, dark chocolate that before dragging its feet in front of the milk and is not a nibble microquadratino tablet, do not say in front of a jar of cream that famous that everyone - except me - love it. Been rubbed his eyes, right? You are starting to think "nooooo! does not eat chocolate!! How is that possible?? "
Yes, I do not like chocolate. A little 'to milk, but must be of excellent quality because otherwise I'm bad, I do not tolerate. ... But an exception there. An exception to the rule, a pleasure that I grant you, hiding something that even the sight of my husband (he knows it!: D): white chocolate!
So this means that for me is pleasure! ! And today it happened ... an impulse, I had to create my own chocolate bar, something really special that my imagination would create for my taste!
200 grams of white chocolate pistachio
30 integers, Unsalted
6 walnuts
a handful of puffed rice
I melted in a water bath on fire sweet, white chocolate. I added the fire fell from pistachios, walnuts and crisp rice cereal, mixed with extreme delicacy and placed in a pan with the bottom covered with parchment paper. I let cool to room temperature first, then a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Finally
cut into squares, e. .. try it, impossible to describe the delights of this tablet!
With this recipe with great pleasure to participate in the contest and the Chocolate Factory first contest Crysania Farina's blog of my bag! :-)
PS With this tablet, I can not remember my contest, Oro Verde of Sicily, in collaboration with Mysnack ! :-)) Do not miss their Facebook page , some recipes that participate in the contest have already been published! ;-)

Conchiglioni with ricotta, basil and nutmeg soup with mushrooms and potatoes
Mom arrived yesterday boldly: "I brought the cheese to Giancarlo, prepare the pasta." It always makes me smile when he takes something special for my husband, and take my mom!
:-) Yeah, the pasta with the cheese ... but how to do it in differently? Mumble, mumble ... source of inspiration was this recipe, I changed making some variations.
Ingredients: (single portion) 10
conchiglioni of semolina pasta
60 g.
ricotta nutmeg grated Parmesan
basil extra virgin olive oil salt
Take the ricotta and reduce it with a fork until creamy. Add the chopped basil and sprinkle with a little nutmeg. Meanwhile, cook the conchiglioni in salt water by adding a tablespoon of oil (to prevent sticking), before draining the pasta together 1 / 4 tablespoon of cooking water to the ricotta and stir until the cream is very compact and smooth.
Drain conchiglioni; anoint oil a baking dish, fill each shell with the cream and arrange as in baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place in preheated oven 5 minutes at 170 degrees. Once the cheese has melted, baked and served.
The idea really loved my husband! :-)

First Signs Of Aging Cube
And 'from this morning around the house like a top! Why, you ask? Ok, make yourself comfortable and I'll tell you. Last Sunday, hubby and I decide to do a tour of the city. You know one of those Sundays when no one knows what to do, but you go around anyway? Here, it was a Sunday .... so we go to a shopping center, and looking at each department will be delighted by a wall system. Abstract: be at least 6 months and we think we get something closer to a wall system, and because he likes me not. :-) And in recent months, there was always the one he liked, a bit 'like me .... that was too dark, too classical one, that too .... some hi-tech if so, what ... but if it has run Sunday and instead presented, absolutely not sought, a unit similar to a wall system, which in reality also knows the library, not too modern or classic and ... Coloured !!!!! I prefer this rather than builders and plumbers!! : D But we
hours in the kitchen, I bring in my kitchen to show you my soup with mushrooms and potatoes!
Needed:
250 g. of button mushrooms (although you can use other fungi, those that prefer)
4 medium potatoes 1 / 2 liter of vegetable broth
oregano olive oil salt
Clean mushrooms and slice, peel the potatoes and cut cubes. In a saucepan heat a few tablespoons of oil and ask yourself the potatoes, making them brown for a few minutes, stirring often to avoid attacking them. Pour a little 'stock and continue cooking for 5 minutes, add the mushrooms, salt and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Almost at the end of cooking add a generous sprinkling of oregano and serve hot.

blood orange granita
slush in the winter? Yes, indeed! Generally begin to prepare the slush at the end of March, and because there are still oranges later, either because the temperature is a lot nicer. This time the excuse was to have many, many blood oranges at home, so I anticipated a little 'time!
The ingredients that are needed are:
250 ml.
of blood orange juice 500 ml.
water 250 g.
granulated sugar 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch or frumina
The process is really easy, an extreme speed!
put sugar in a bowl, add the frumina (or alternatively, the cornstarch) and stir well. Then add slowly the orange juice, stirring, and then add the water. Mixed from top to bottom to avoid the sugar deposits only on the bottom of the container. Place in freezer after an hour and resume the slush, stirring again, and putting in freezer. When you serve you will not need to pass it in the ice crusher, frumina used to maintain the soft texture and consistency that results is a little more lumpy sorbet. With these doses can fill 6 cups.

Homemade Brasillian Wax
Happy Birthday Dad!
Hello! E 'Valentine's Day and for me that means ... my dad's birthday! :-)
The cake is a simple 7 jars, filled with pistachio cream and decorated with frosting and hazelnut white chocolate curls.
Here's what you need:
For the base:
1 pot of natural yogurt or hazelnut
3 eggs 2 cups granulated sugar 1 jar
vegetable oil 2 cups flour 1 jar of 00
frumina
1 packet of yeast
For the filling: Cream of Pistachio
For decoration: white chocolate curls
hazelnut
In the bowl of the mixer then add the yogurt and filled her jar of sugar twice by mixing it with yogurt.
Add the eggs, whisk together sugar and yogurt, add 1 jar of vegetable oil and then frumina 1of, 2 of flour and yeast, all beating for at least 5 minutes.
Grease and flour a mold at heart. I used the springform pan in the shape of the heart of Dolcetteria.
Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes, making the toothpick test before you bake the cake. Let cool and remove the cake from the mold, cut in half and cover with cream and pistachio. For garnish I
dissolved in a water bath cream and hazelnuts and then I poured on the cake, covering it entirely. Finally, I joined the curls of white chocolate and white chocolate chips I made the 72, the age of my dad! In a little 'I'm going to bring you this gift, who knows what to say!
:-) Happy Valentine's Day to all!

Parliamo d'Italia
I read that crowds in Italy, came together around a single cry, "Berlusconi out 'cause he attended the minors and degrades the image of the country"
Now, were it not that the image of country and 'degraded by decades there would also be a reason on a matter of principle of this type.
confess discomfort for this kind of moralism, a stuff around which a coalition of the stomach ache of varying nature of many segments of society 'Italian. If the question is 'the mignottocrazia, in a country where half' of the males attended the hoes, most of the mistreatment of women as well as' violence will consume between domestic Partei, there 'to think that perhaps the matter and' misplaced.
Scrolling through the comments there 'to those who are' pissed off because it 's not that they pay him three months, graduates who find themselves precarious after years of study, women who complained image tarnished by malignant satrap with its daring sexual gymnastics, who writes that he does not want to make laws and people who have used their bodies etc.etc.etc.
I think so 'they do not go anywhere. And it 's sad to say. The question 'so tangled and so goes' in depth 'in people's lives that the simplicity' of these slogans leaves me speechless.
I wonder what the hell has to do with the bird of Berlusconi and the use to which it does with the precarious, the corporal, with those that burn in the camper as a child and I could go on forever.
That has to do with this image of women. I find it unbearable Gelmini like the Camusso of Bindi and the one that uses the hair-shirt went from PD to Casini.
But not as they are, but for what they do and say using their power.
Pero 'the minds of simple perpetual with their simplicity' of this gaming shit. Rejoice when the old pancake house '(I hope you as' soon) but have not solved a cock rest and sadly in front of a gypsy curses for its invasive asking alla polizia di fare pulizia.

Vivere autonomamente nel Chiapas
This morning in the cathedral square of San Cristobal have celebrated the results of the offensive of February 9, 1995.
They have done very soon and in the presence of a few close friends, 'cause the stage at 11.00 and' already 'almost everything apart.
These days I continued my journey by visiting communities' self-adhering all'orgazizzazione EZLN, have been in villages that support the local government and I had a bath of joy and sadness with 72 kids who live with little and that much they need.
wander through the blogs I read italioti scholarly dissertations on how you can 'live with 800 euro per month and how not. It all seems very far from here, and not only in geographical terms.
In this area of Mexico and 'act in an experiment on a major scale in terms of communities' involved, and on what' the meaning of autonomy and respect for management ad uno stato che rivendica il proprio primato verso quelle comunita'.
When you enter Zapatista territory two signs accompany the visitor, there in the first 'written' commanding the people here and come running "in seconds" everything for everyone and nothing for us. "
A concise statement of principles and free from ambiguity.
What is valued here, and 'the sense of values and mode' of life that revolves around what these people did not nullla to do. There are practical
assembly and management of the comparison that we used to talk to him and screaming, we can not even grasp their full value. Meanwhile, around here
Coca Cola buys and takes possession of the aqueduct an important resource, the state does nothing to educate the population in large numbers of adolescents and children who spend their time selling and pulser that can neither be 'read and' write, the power base, for those who live in cities', in most cases, and 'limited to a few tortilla with beans, and some NGOs turiti walking fat feeding on what' meaning 'poverty'.
Meeting wonderful people, and to them I extend my heartfelt tribute and heard. Italian comrades who have chosen to live here for years sharing hopes and fears of these people. Young guys who made me rediscover the enthusiasm and who welcomed me like an old friend.
I'm sitting here and I look for the words for them. Do not exist. Hasta

Hasta
luego

Symbicort And Combivent Use
Terra, giustizia, liberta' e rivoluzione
La gente ha acceso i fuochi fuori dalle porte delle houses or groups of people greeted us as we passed slowly between them. There
'In this place, the strangeness of an evening to watch the people dancing in the streets while men dressed in green he controlled the documenti.Un horseback ride to places inaccessible to most'. The call of a community 'Tzotzil to visit the orphanage where there are children of people who oe' or had gone wrong to claim that they adhere to the Zapatistas.
In 1994 there began the rebellion of the community 'of the the Candon Selva, was the first of January and I was in the same square where today there is' a group that plays the marimba.
If you want to have some more news' on that rgioni protest and what 'is meant that the NAFTA agreement that the revision of Article 27 of the Constitution read here (http://www.meridianionline.org/2010/07/15/messico-nafta-zapata- naphtha /).
During a meeting I attended it and 'made the record of the year, what has significance in terms of social disintegration that revision, the failure of liberalism and of the results to date are more than one of the states of Mexico' unsure of the earth.
The business has 'developed in all directions, and the only alternative for many who have left the earth' was to go to the DF and increase the number of poor or those who engage in drug trafficking.
Cosi 'travel between these places steeped in passion and beauty of all it's worth sinking your hands into a place like this'. Until the end.
