Sandwiches Hamburger multipurpose
When the cold begins to bite is always a pleasure to give soared.

In a bowl add flour, salt, oil and milk. Knead, knead, knead. The mixture will a bit 'too sticky, then add the potato starch.
Mix and knead until smooth and elastic longer. Let rise at least two to three hours, covering the bowl with a clean cloth.
When risen, divide the dough into porzioncine many of the same weight (25-30 grams). Knead

* un paio di bicchieri di vino rosso (io ho usato un vino da pasto, essendo sola a cena non mi andava proprio di assaltare la cantina per preparare una riduzione; consiglio comunque di non scegliere vino di scarto);
* una noce di burro;
* sale, pepe, odori a piacere:
* un cucchiaio di miele;
* un cucchiaio di fecola di patate;
* tanti hamburger as there are guests;

The hamburger is cooked of course like any burger, according to your taste. We Serve this dish and enjoying "fast" and "common" seen through "glam-chic."
