Hello everyone! Very busy, today is the birthday of my husband and I prepare for yesterday! :-) I leave you this recipe
fast, easy and tasty prepared a few days ago!

Serves 4:

320 g. daisy
500 g. shrimp white wine

2 tablespoons tomato paste

parsley 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil salt


Peel shrimp, and helping with a toothpick, remove the black trickle back. Tenetene 4 by using a knife and finely chop the rest.
In a saucepan heat oil, add the chopped shrimp, season with salt and moisten with a little white wine, allowing it to evaporate over high heat. Add the tomato paste diluted with two ladles of hot water and continue cooking for 20 minutes, then add the prawns kept aside and continue cooking for a couple of minutes.
Cook the pasta in salted water, drain and season immediately with the sauce of shrimp. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley, divided into four plates and garnish each with a whole shrimp.
