Motto For Religious Sports

When I was at primary school the teacher asked him to buy a book, Stories for rainy days. A delightful children's book of short stories, all stories from the moral purpose of education. Among these stories was "The tree of hearts", which depicted a child, Sandro, whose family's scolded in turn have a hard heart, too soft, generous, sad ... the child tired of hearing accusations and different opinions, he fled decided to want to change their heart, and found himself in front of a tree that had fruit in place of many hearts, a different one for color and name. Soft-hearted, cheerful heart, sad heart, heart miser ... Sandro each detached heart, rested on his chest and felt different feelings until he found a heart with all the colors of the rainbow, which was written on "Heart of Sandro. A heart a little 'fun, a bit' sad, a little 'tender, a bit' selfish, a bit 'generous, a bit' hard ... a heart like that of many other people, a bad heart In short: why change it? ". Sandro hung in their place every heart detached from the tree and went home happy: continued to have his heart, a heart nothing bad!

Well, when I baked these cookies .... I thought this story of young hearts with the colors of the rainbow, each color for each facet of character of all of us! :-) We are also a carnival, it seems to me to be perfect, right? :-) I used

:

400 g. 200 grams flour 00
butter into pieces
100 g. icing sugar 1 egg

1 / 4 teaspoon salt
colored sprinkles sugar

Sieve the flour on work surface and form the fountain, by focusing on the pieces of butter, powdered sugar, egg and salt. Slowly crush the ingredients with a fork in the fountain. With a spatula
port la farina dall’esterno verso il centro e mescolo grossolanamente gli ingredienti. con un lungo coltello, che impugno con due mani, riduco gli ingredienti in briciole e poi impasto velocemente le briciole ottenute con le mani, fino a che l’impasto non risulta liscio. Poi formo una palla che avvolgo nella pellicola, e lascio riposare un’ora in frigo.
Trascorso questo tempo la frolla è pronta per essere stesa con il mattarello.

Ho utilizzato il tagliapasta de La Dolcetteria , poi ho decorato ciascun biscotto con le palline di zucchero colorate ed infornato per 10 minuti a 180°. Buon Carnevale! :-)
