Bietole e prosciutto in forno
A couple of weeks ago I looked at the blog of Manuela, Create & Kitchen ... with imagination! and I see you? A recipe that I liked very much! The beets I love them, especially their coasts, but usually eat them boiled with a little 'oil and nothing more. This recipe and definitely enhances the flavor! Manuel has used only the stems, I also leaf.
1 bunch of spinach 2 slices of ham
sauce 1 package of grated Parmesan cheese salt
steam the chard (or alternatively boil) and just cooked allow to cool; a buttered baking dish, make a layer Swiss chard, cover with the bechamel and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. On this put two slices of ham, again a layer of spinach and cover with the bechamel and sprinkle again with remaining Parmesan. Put in oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until they will have formed a crust.
Manuela, thanks for this recipe, we loved it! :-)
