Congradulation Quotes

Gran panzerotti con gamberi e polpa di granchio alla carbonara di salmone


This recipe has a name very long .... but worth it if you prepare a special occasion! :-)
My lunch was my husband's birthday: a dish prepared differently because he loves the carbonara (the classic) and the salmon, so I thought it would please him! And I'm not wrong! It 's a recipe that mom gave me a magazine you have purchased.

Ingredients dose: 80 g.

of great turnovers with shrimp and crabmeat
50 g. smoked salmon 1 egg

40 g. cream
5 g.
butter salt pepper


Beat the egg with the cream, a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper. Let the sauce thicken slightly on low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon.
In a pan melt the butter and add the salmon, cut into strips, making it tasty for a while. Meanwhile, the Cook
turnovers in salted water, drain and toss with half the sauce. Mix very gently, spread the remaining sauce and pour a mo 'dressing salmon.
