Da questo discorso sconclusionato nasce l'hamburger servito con riduzione di vino rosso. Una preparazione piuttosto pretenziosa, per un piattino tanto misero. Eppure...
* un paio di bicchieri di vino rosso (io ho usato un vino da pasto, essendo sola a cena non mi andava proprio di assaltare la cantina per preparare una riduzione; consiglio comunque di non scegliere vino di scarto);
* una noce di burro;
* sale, pepe, odori a piacere:
* un cucchiaio di miele;
* un cucchiaio di fecola di patate;

The hamburger is cooked of course like any burger, according to your taste. We Serve this dish and enjoying "fast" and "common" seen through "glam-chic."
